Garden Photography That Expresses Your Vision

Bring the Inspiration of Your Garden Inside

Your garden is your own personal Eden, your spiritual escape. You understand its inspiration and beauty like no one else. And Mike will help you bring that glory into your home. Mike’s goal is to tell the story of your relationship with your garden, not his, with photographs that will forever evoke those inspirational moments so that you can experience them all year long, no matter the weather or the season.

Just as Mike’s internationally published photographs celebrate Mother Nature’s gardens, Mike will celebrate your magical place through an exciting collaborative process. He does this by interacting with you before and during the photo session so that he understands the specific things that you love about your garden, and why. He’ll provide guidance and suggestions as to what will and won’t work. And before he spends time on a particular composition, he’ll show you a preview of the image to get your approval. Mike explains, “I love this interactive process because all the wondering and guesswork are gone. At the end of the shoot, we’re both excited and confident that every image is a keeper.”

Mike will showcase the magic of your garden just as his internationally published photographs celebrate the natural world.

Through this exciting collaborative process, Mike will create images that express the Essence, Emotion, and Experience of being there. He calls them, “the three E’s.” Mike explains, “There’s a big difference between taking a picture of something magical and making a magical picture. If you can capture the three E’s, then you capture the magic.”
